Carnovale has various hobbies that range from jiu-jitsu to kickboxing and soccer. He also enjoys traveling and is a real foody, not surprising considering his Italian heritage.
Jiu-jitsu provides Carnovale with a full-body workout that improves strength, flexibility, and endurance and further develops critical thinking skills, problem-solving abilities, and strategic thinking. It also builds camaraderie with fellow practitioners. Kickboxing is an excellent way for Carnovale to improve his cardiovascular health and overall fitness, enhance his coordination and agility, and get in self-defense training and a high-intensity workout.
He loves eating all types of food—from Italian to French, Greek, Mexican, and many other ethnic culinary delights. His love of traveling enables him to experience the dishes of the lands he visits and get to know their people, customs, and traditions. He has been fortunate to travel throughout Canada, the U.S., South America, Europe, and other places.
